Results oriented manager with over 15 years of construction experience and over a decade of experience investigating and analyzing property damage, including CDBG-DR and FEMA damage assessments and estimates for disaster housing recovery programs in Louisiana, North Carolina and New York.  Provided oversight/management for house raising/elevations (residential and commercial), shoring, bulkheads, reconstructions, and served in management roles for the 2010 BP Oil Spill, 2016 Louisiana Floods, and post-Hurricane Sandy housing programs for New York State and New York City.  Acted as Sr. Project Manager for the Restore Louisiana Program, which was rated #1 by the program for production and quality of work completed. My responsibilities included the management of personnel, Quality Control, Quality Assurance reviews of damages assessments and scopes of work; supervised and coordinated the deployment of teams of inspectors; and trained personnel on estimating software and file management in Xactimate and Xactanalysis. As a Sr. Project Manager my duties consisted of deployment for the project, contracts with Subs, SOP’s, file management, QC/QA, budgeting, data management, Program meetings and overseeing a team to manage all information to successfully complete the objectives of the State and the client.
